We provide an admin portal for authorized personnel including administrators, sales representatives, workers, and potentially clients to manage projects and access company resources. When you sign in to our admin portal using Google OAuth (Google Sign-In), we collect and process the following information from your Google account:

• Your name and email address
• Your Google profile picture (if available)
• A unique identifier to maintain your account

This information is used for authentication purposes and to provide you access to the admin portal features appropriate for your role. Your Google account credentials are never stored by us — authentication is handled securely by Google.

We may also request access to your Google Calendar to enable scheduling and appointment management features within the admin portal. If you grant calendar access, we may:

• Create, modify, or delete events related to your work assignments
• Send calendar invitations on your behalf for scheduled appointments

Calendar access is optional and you may revoke it at any time through your Google Account settings. We will only access calendar data necessary for the functionality of the admin portal and will not access other Google services such as contacts or drive without your explicit consent.
